On September 19, 2024, the Minister of Natural Resources and Environment of Vietnam issued Decision 3030/QD-BTNMT regarding the adjustment of the 2Program for the formulation of legislative documents in 2024 of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment of Vietnam.

The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment of Vietnam adjusts the 2Program for the formulation of legislative documents in 2024 approved in Decision 432/QD-BTNMT of the Minister of Natural Resources and Environment as follows:

(1) Adjust the list of draft legislative documents submitted to the Government of Vietnam in Appendix 01 issued with Decision 432/QD-BTNMT as follows:

- Add 01 document to the list (serial number 2).

- Adjust the issuance deadline of 01 document (serial number 11).

(2) Adjust the list of legislative documents under the issuance authority of the Minister of Natural Resources and Environment in Appendix 02 issued with Decision 432/QD-BTNMT as follows:

- Remove 01 document from the list (serial number VII.7);

- Add 05 documents to the list (serial numbers I.16, 17; VII.5, 8; X.2);

- Adjust the submission and issuance deadlines of 07 documents (serial numbers VII.3, 6; VIII.1, 2, 3, 4, 6);

- Adjust the names of 03 documents (serial numbers IV.3; V.1 and IX.2).
