To complete the of the System of legislative documents on civil aviation in Vietnam

To be specific, to carry out the task "Completion of the System of legislative documents on Civil Aviation," the Prime Minister of Vietnamhas set forth the following tasks:

- Review and complete the system of legislative documents in the civil aviation sector (Vietnam Civil Aviation Law, Decrees, Circulars, projects, and guiding documents) to align with practical conditions and the regulations of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), meet development needs; facilitate investment operations, management, exploitation of aviation infrastructure; manage the exploitation of airports and specialized airfields.

- Formulate and complete the scheme of mobilizing social capital for investing in airport infrastructure to perfect solutions, and establish specific mechanisms and policies (including the review, construction, amendment, and supplementation of related legislative documents) to create a comprehensive legal framework as a basis for mobilizing non-state resources; report to the competent authority for consideration and decision.

- Review, amend, and supplement the National Aviation Safety Program, and the Civil Aviation Safety Regulations in the fields of aircraft and aircraft operations.

- Implement the improvement of investment and business conditions in the civil aviation sector according to Resolution 68/NQ-CP of 2020 by the Government of Vietnam on the program of reducing and simplifying regulations related to business activities for the period 2020 - 2025.

- Complete the system of standards, technical regulations, and economic-technical norms in the civil aviation sector.
