The Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam is seeking feedback on the Draft Circular stipulating forms to be used in administrative penalty enforcement under the authority of the People's Public Security.

The draft is expected to be passed in 2018, replacing Circular 34/2014/TT-BCA and applicable to agencies and individuals competent to handle administrative violations within the Vietnam People's Public Security Forces; organizations and individuals related to the handling of administrative violations by the Vietnam People's Public Security Forces.
