Law on Economical and Efficient Use of Energy 2010 promulgated on June 17, 2010. The Law consists of 12 Chapters and 48 Articles. There are several prohibited acts stipulated in this document.
To be specific, according to the provisions of Article 7 of the Law on Economical and Efficient Use of Energy 2010, the prohibited acts include:
First, destroying national energy resources.
Second, falsifying or misleading to receive preferential policies from the State in economical and efficient energy use activities.
Third, abusing positions and powers in the management of economical and efficient energy use for profit-seeking purposes.
Fourth, intentionally providing dishonest information about the energy performance of vehicles and equipment in energy labeling, inspection, advertisement, and other activities leading to damage to the interests of the State, and the legitimate rights and interests of organizations, households, and individuals.
Fifth, producing, importing, and circulating energy-consuming vehicles and equipment listed in the categories of vehicles and equipment that must be eliminated, issued by competent state agencies.
