Some notes on validity extension for environmental monitoring service certificates in Vietnam

This content is specified in Decree No. 127/2014/NĐ-CP of Vietnam’s Government regulating the requirements for organizing environmental monitoring service activities.

According to Decree No. 127/2014/NĐ-CP of Vietnam’s Government, extension of an environmental monitoring service Certificate is guided as follows:

- An organization that wishes to extend the validity of the environmental monitoring service Certificates shall submit the validity extension request document 3 months before the Certificate becomes invalid.

- The request document for validity extension of the environmental monitoring service Certificate shall be made in 2 sets, each includes the following:

+ 01 original request letter for validity extension of the environmental monitoring service Certificate;

+ 01 original company profile.
