This is the content that businesses sending workers abroad are required to comply with as stipulated in the Draft Law on Vietnamese Workers Working Abroad under Contract (Amended).

According to Article 33 of the Draft Law on Vietnamese Workers Working Abroad Under Contracts (Amended), the specific time and content of reporting are stipulated as follows:

- No later than 15 working days before sending Vietnamese workers abroad, Vietnamese enterprises winning contracts, receiving construction and project contracts must submit a plan as prescribed in Clause 2 of this Article along with a copy of the awarded contract to the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids, and Social Affairs.- The content of the plan as prescribed in Clause 1 of this Article includes: the use and management of workers abroad (clearly stating the number of workers sent, gender, industry, occupation, working period, working hours, rest hours, salary, living conditions, health examination and treatment policies, social insurance, and other related policies); returning workers in cases of force majeure.- Within 6 working days from the date of receiving the plan for sending Vietnamese workers abroad under contracts, if the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids, and Social Affairs does not have any written feedback, the enterprise may proceed to send Vietnamese workers to work on the construction projects or projects abroad where the enterprise has won the contract.- No later than 15 working days from the date of sending Vietnamese workers abroad, the enterprise winning the contract must report the list of Vietnamese workers sent abroad at the foreign construction or project site to the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids, and Social Affairs and the Vietnamese diplomatic representative agencies and consular offices in the country where the workers are working.

Note: Enterprises need to pay attention to the time and content of reports to comply with legal regulations.
