Circular 44/2018/TT-BLDTBXH specifies the minimum knowledge required for the computer programming field at the college and intermediate levels. Details as follows:
1. Minimum Knowledge Required at College Level
- Explain basic knowledge about computers; Information Technology (IT) and professional terms.- Present the parameters regarding operating systems, hardware, computer software; Information security;- Present knowledge about database management systems, versions, and features of database management systems; The process of analyzing and building databases.- Present techniques for creating surveys, and questionnaires to gather requirements from customers in preparation for building application software;- Present the process and methods of software analysis and design;- Present programming methods with advanced technologies (such as .Net, Java, etc.);- Analyze and develop content for customer data usage in report generation.- Present the process and methods for analyzing and designing applications on mobile devices;- Describe customer habits in using applications on mobile devices;- Present mobile device programming techniques with advanced technologies (such as Android, IOS, etc.);- Present web application programming methods;- Present web application programming techniques for both computers and mobile devices;- Present software development processes and testing processes; Software testing techniques;- Present how to use test data, test cases; Software testing phases, software testing forms;- Manage software projects;- Explain IT law; information security; intellectual property;- Determine the procedure for shift handover, and work log documentation;- Present basic knowledge about politics, culture, society, law, national defense and security, physical education according to regulations.
