Order and Procedures for Recalling Official Residences in Circular 09

According to the regulations stipulated in Circular 09/2015/TT-BXD, when there is a need to reclaim official residence housing, the official residence housing management agency will notify the tenant and instruct the operating management unit of the official residence housing to review the current status of the allocated and leased official residence housing. This is to proceed with the signing of a handover record of the official residence housing, involving three parties: the official residence housing tenant, the operating management unit of the official residence housing, and the official residence housing management agency. The handover record must contain the following details:

- Legal basis;- Address of the official residence housing and the name of the current tenant of the official residence housing;- Participating parties in the handover and the details of the handover and reception of the official residence housing;- Appendix on the current status of the official residence housing and its accompanying equipment at the time of compiling the handover record;- Signatures confirming the handover and reception of the official residence housing.

Upon receipt of the handover record concerning the return of the official residence housing, within 07 working days from the date of signing the record, the operating management unit and the tenant are to finalize, liquidate the contract, and the tenant is to return the official residence housing to the operating management unit.
