The work of teacher management in intermediate vocational training in military base education according to Circular 117/2009/TT-BQP is as follows:
+ Teacher Team Preparation:
- The Teacher Faculty must firmly grasp the training plan for the entire course and the monthly training plan sent by the Planning - Training Department to assign teachers accordingly.- Teaching teachers must ensure the following standards:
- Loyal to the revolutionary career of the Communist Party, steadfast in Marxism-Leninism, Ho Chi Minh's thought, the goals of national independence and socialism, exemplary in implementing the policies and guidelines of the Communist Party, and adhering to the laws and policies of the State;- Having a strict sense of discipline, a high sense of responsibility; possessing clean and healthy ethics and lifestyle, having been fundamentally trained through military and civilian schools, holding sufficient qualifications, practical experience, and pedagogical methods to meet the assigned teaching program requirements.- Teachers of the Political School are responsible for teaching political theory and state management subjects. Teachers of the Military School are tasked with teaching military knowledge, Communist Party work, and political work subjects. Provincial Military Command officials who participate in teaching are part-time teachers under the management of the Military School concerning their teaching activities. The Military School cooperates with the Political School and is under the management of the Training Steering Committee.
+ Teacher Preparation Work:
- All teachers assigned to teach must prepare thoroughly; actively research to master the program content and the learning subjects; promptly update new theoretical and practical information into their lectures.- The Principal or Deputy Military Principal is responsible for approving and ratifying lectures by Military School teachers. The Director or Deputy Director of the Political School is responsible for approving and ratifying lectures by Political School teachers. Provincial Military Command leaders are responsible for approving and ratifying lectures by part-time teachers.- The Teacher Faculty must estimate the material needs for the lecture one week in advance with the Planning - Training Department. Before teaching, teachers must actively coordinate with the classroom management unit and check the preparation work for the lecture.
+ Teacher's Teaching Work:
- Teacher's teaching work includes: lectures, discussion management, review organization, tutorial guidance, and student examination and testing.- Teachers must strictly adhere to the training schedule, absolutely not change or adjust the approved teaching plan and content.- During teaching, teachers must follow the Party's viewpoint and stance, State policies and laws; always welcome students' feedback, promptly learn from experience to innovate and improve teaching quality.- Teachers must strictly manage the student numbers, maintain learning discipline, and be primarily responsible for all class activities during the lecture time.- If any incidents or safety issues arise during the training, teachers and management officials must promptly resolve and mitigate the consequences while immediately reporting to the Planning - Training Department and the Military School Board of Directors.- Before exams and tests, teachers must guide students in their review. Written exams must have at least 3 exam topics, oral exams must have at least 10 questions, exam sets must include answer keys and scoring rubrics submitted to the Planning - Training Department 15 days in advance.
