Issuance of Policies for Allowances for Responsibilities at Sports Competitions

Translation:

The remuneration regime for task performance at sports competitions applicable to coaches and athletes is detailed in Article 4 of Circular 174/2019/TT-BQP, specifically as follows:

First, international sports competitions organized by the Ministry of Defense in Vietnam:

- Members of the Steering Committee, Organizing Committee; Heads and Deputy Heads of specialized subcommittees: 180,000 VND/person/day;- Members of specialized subcommittees: 100,000 VND/person/day;- Supervisors, chief referees: 120,000 VND/person/session;- Secretaries, other referees: 60,000 VND/person/session;- Personnel doing security, medical, service work and other relevant forces at competition points: 45,000 VND/person/session;- Other forces (Vietnamese) entitled to remuneration policies similar to counterparts performing tasks at domestic sports competitions organized by the Ministry of Defense.

Second, domestic competitions organized by the Ministry of Defense:

- Members of the Steering Committee, Organizing Committee; Heads and Deputy Heads of specialized subcommittees: 80,000 VND/person/day;- Members of specialized subcommittees: 60,000 VND/person/day;- Supervisors, chief referees: 60,000 VND/person/session;- Secretaries, other referees: 50,000 VND/person/session;- Personnel doing security, medical, service work and other relevant forces at competition points: 45,000 VND/person/session;- Directors, delegates, and medical, service forces of the sports teams of agencies, units under the Ministry of Defense: 45,000 VND/person/day.

Third, competitions and sports festivals organized by agencies, units under the Ministry of Defense (maximum once a year):

- Members of the Steering Committee, Organizing Committee; Heads and Deputy Heads of specialized subcommittees: 45,000 VND/person/day;- Members of specialized subcommittees: 35,000 VND/person/day;- Supervisors, chief referees: 45,000 VND/person/session;- Secretaries, other referees: 35,000 VND/person/session;- Personnel doing security, medical, service work and other relevant forces at competition points: 30,000 VND/person/session;- Directors and medical, service forces of the sports teams: 30,000 VND/person/day.

Fourth, Directors, delegates, and medical, service forces of the Army sports teams during participation in competitions organized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism or the General Department of Sports: 80,000 VND/person/day.
