Hanoi-Vietnam: Guidelines on scoring for assessing agricultural cooperatives

Recently, the Vietnam Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development issued Circular 09/2017/TT-BNNPTNT providing guidance on the grading and assessment of agricultural cooperatives.

The scoring for assessing agricultural cooperatives in Vietnam shall follow 06 criteria as follows:

- The remaining income after setting up funds distributed to members is 50% or more according to the level of use of products and services (or the member's labor contribution): 8 points

Operating capital of cooperatives

Rate of increase in contributed capital and mobilization from cooperative members (%) = (contributed and mobilized capital from TV this year – contributed capital and mobilized from TV in the previous year)/ contributed capital and mobilized from TV in the previous year (in case there is no contribution in the previous year, this year there is contribution and mobilization, the rate is 100%)
