Equipment Requirements for Armory and Explosive Material Storage Facilities

Accordingly, Circular 169 stipulates that in a warehouse for weapons, explosives, and support tools, the reception and collection must ensure the following equipment, means, and tools:

- Firefighting equipment and tools, including: 02 fire extinguishers; 02 buckets of 10 liters each; 01 sand shovel; 1 hook pole; 1 rag bundle; 1 two-section fire ladder; 1 machete; 1 axe; 1 alarm bell;- Storage equipment and tools, including: Storage room; warehouse manager's desk and chair; storage tool rack; inspection aluminum ladder; foldable aluminum ruler; cold pliers; copper hammer; screwdriver; nail pull; machete; flashlight; tree chopping tool; termite spray bottle; flat hoe; infantry shovel; broom; hygrometer thermometer; warehouse lock (cross bar lock); warehouse manager's document folder; thermometer hanging peg; knife sharpening stone; dustpan; warehouse lock cover box; personal computer; ruler; pen; pencil; eraser; clamp for filing entry and exit slips; vehicle arrangement slip; rag;- Loading, unloading, and transportation equipment and tools, including: Loading equipment (forklift); straight conveyor; adjustable height and direction conveyor (loading conveyor); plumb bob; line marking chalk; box pry bar; box resting stand; handcart; loading table;- Signage system, including: Warehouse number sign; entrance door number sign; window number sign; ammunition block number sign; tag box; lot direction arrows; inspection result sign for lightning protection equipment;- The bookkeeping and forms system equipped in the warehouse (for the warehouse manager), including: Warehouse management regulations; A0 layout diagram; block tag; weapons, explosives, and support tools statistic book; warehouse inspection book; warehouse entry and exit registration book; warehouse handover book; fire prevention tools and equipment monitoring book; warehouse temperature and humidity monitoring book for determining ventilation opportunities; import/export logbook; warehouse entry/exit order; vehicle arrangement slip.
