Content of Labor Norms for Acquisition and Processing of VNREDSat-1 Images

On December 30, 2016, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment issued Circular 52/2016/TT-BTNMT stipulating the technological process and economic-technical norms for receiving and processing VNREDSat-1 images.

The technological labor norms are the direct labor time required to produce a product. The content of labor norms includes:

- Job content: states the basic operations to perform the work step;- Classification of difficulties: states the main factors affecting the execution of the work step as the basis for classifying difficulties;- Staffing: determines the number of workers and the technical grade of the job. The job grade is determined by the labor grade based on Decision 07/2008/QD-BTNMT;- Labor norms: stipulate the direct labor time required to produce a product; unit of measurement is individual labor or group labor/unit product. The unit product is calculated as the size of one scene image with an area of 17.5 km x 17.5 km. One working day is calculated as 8 working hours.
