Recently, the Ministry of Science and Technology issued Circular 26/2014/TT-BQP regulating the content of safety analysis reports in the approval dossiers for the investment project of constructing a nuclear power plant.

Circular 26/2014/TT-BQP has issued the list of diseases requiring long-term treatment to implement policies within the military as follows:
1. Cancer and other tumors
Various types of cancer under treatment.
Benign tumors causing compression, affecting the functions of organs or structures, or with complications, recurrences post-treatment.
2. Infectious diseases and sequelae
Various types of tuberculosis in the treatment phase and sequelae.
Leprosy (Hansen's disease) and sequelae.
Sequelae of encephalitis, meningitis due to bacteria, viruses, parasites, fungi (Candida, Cryptococcus).
3. Nervous system diseases
- Brain and spinal cord pathology causing quadriplegia; hemiplegia or paralysis of both lower limbs; complete paralysis of one limb.- Epileptic seizure with convulsions.- Language movement disorders (Broca's aphasia, Wernicke's aphasia, etc.).- Conditions causing complete, irreversible damage to any of the cranial nerves.- Extrapyramidal disorders (Parkinson's syndrome; extrapyramidal disturbances, cerebellar syndromes, chorea, myoclonus, tremors, etc.).- Unstable vestibular syndrome.- Conditions causing cauda equina damage; complete, irreversible damage to any of the spinal nerve plexuses.- Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis.- Myasthenia gravis and related syndromes.- ...
