The Ministry of Finance has issued Circular 155/2015/TT-BTC providing guidelines on information disclosure in the securities market.
per Clause 1, Article 3 of Circular 155 stipulates that the disclosure of information must be full, accurate, and prompt in accordance with legal regulations and ensure that:
First, the entity disclosing information is responsible for the content of the disclosed information. In the event of any changes in the content of the disclosed information, the entity must disclose the changes and the reasons for the changes compared to the previously disclosed information;
Second, in the event of any event or information that affects the price of securities, the entity must confirm or correct that event or information within 24 hours from the moment it becomes aware of the event or information, or as required by the State Securities Commission, the Stock Exchange;
Third, the disclosure of personal information including Citizen Identification number, Identity Card number, or valid Passport number, contact address, permanent address, telephone number, fax number, email, securities trading account number, securities depository account number, and bank account number is only permitted if the related subject consents.
