SALARY TABLE FOR ALL OFFICIALS AND PUBLIC EMPLOYEES FROM 01/07/2020 IN VIETNAM
According to Section 2, Chapter II of this Resolution, from 2018 to 2020, the statutory pay rate for officials, public employees, and employees will continue to be adjusted to ensure it is not lower than the consumer price index and is in line with the economic growth rate, while not adding new occupational allowances. By 2021, the minimum salary of officials, public employees, and employees will be equal to the lowest average salary in the business areas.

Periodic adjustments will be made to increase salaries in line with the consumer price index, economic growth rate, and the state budget's capacity. To be specific:
+ By 2025, the minimum salary of officials, public employees, and employees will be higher than the lowest average salary in the business areas.
+ By 2030, the minimum salary of officials, public employees, and employees will be equal to or higher than the lowest salary in the highest business area.
Furthermore, Resolution 27 also emphasizes that from 2021, a new unified salary regime will be applied to officials, public employees, and armed forces in the entire political system.
