1. For Android operating system

Step 1. Go to the Google Play/CH Play app store, type the keyword “VssID” in the search box and select Search.

Step 2. Select the VssID application, as shown in the image below:

Step 3. Select “Install” to proceed with the installation of the application.

2. For IOS operating system

Step 1. Go to the AppStore, type the keyword “VssID” in the search box and select Search.

Step 2. Select the VssID application, as shown in the image below:

Step 3. Select “Get” to proceed with the installation of the application.

VssID – Social Insurance Number (VssID) is a mobile platform application of Vietnam Social Security, available on Google Play for devices using the Android operating system and on AppStore for devices using Apple's IOS operating system. It is designed to establish a communication channel and facilitate participants of social insurance and health insurance in accessing information and performing public services conveniently, easily, and quickly. It aims to gradually replace the current paper Social Insurance Book and Health Insurance Card.

In the near future, the implementation of public services for participants of social insurance and health insurance via the VssID – Social Insurance Number application will be intensified nationwide under the direction of Vietnam Social Security and with the urgent and serious implementation by the Directors of Social Insurance in provinces and centrally-governed cities, and Heads of units under Vietnam Social Security.
