1. General standards of professional titles working at road vehicle load testing stations in Vietnam

The titles working at the Station as civil servants and public employees must meet the standards prescribed by the law for civil servants and public employees.

2. Standards of professional titles working at road vehicle load testing stations in Vietnam

2.1. Standards for the title of Station Commander

- Capable of leading, managing, organizing, and operating the operation of the Station.

- Professional qualifications:

+ Graduated from university or higher in one of the following majors: Transport, construction, architecture, mechanics, information technology, telecommunications, electricity, electronics, automation, or law;

+ Meet professional standards of the rank of specialist, equivalent, or higher;

+ Computer skills: reaching level B or higher;

+ Foreign language proficiency: reaching level B or higher in one of five foreign languages: English, French, Russian, German, Chinese, Lao, or Cambodian (for the stations located in the border provinces bordering the Lao People's Democratic Republic and the Kingdom of Cambodia);

+ Mastering standards, technical regulations, processes,  and operations related to vehicle load testing, handling violations, and procedures for station operation and maintenance; proficiently using the equipment at the station according to the standards prescribed by the state agencies.

- Working experience: Having worked in the transportation industry for at least 5 years (at the rank of specialist or equivalent or more).

2.2. Standards for the title of Deputy Head of Station

- Capable of leading, managing, organizing, and operating the station's activities to take on tasks when authorized by the station chief.

- Professional qualifications:

+ Graduated from university or higher in one of the following majors: Transport, construction, architecture, mechanics, information technology, telecommunications, electricity, electronics, automation, or law;

+ Meet professional standards of the rank of specialist or equivalent or higher;

+ Computer skills: Reach A level or higher;

+ Foreign language proficiency: reaching A level or higher in one of five foreign languages: English, French, Russian, German, Chinese, Lao, or Cambodian (for the Stations located in the border provinces bordering the Lao People's Democratic Republic and the Kingdom of Cambodia);

+ Mastering standards, technical regulations, processes, and operations related to vehicle load testing, handling violations, and procedures for station operation and maintenance; proficiently using the equipment at the station according to the standards prescribed by the state agencies.

- Working experience: Having worked in the transportation industry for at least 03 years (at the rank of specialist or equivalent or more).

2.3. Standards for the title of Choir

- Professional qualifications:

+ Graduated from college or higher in one of the following majors: Transport, construction, architecture, mechanics, information technology, telecommunications, electricity, electronics, automation, or law;

+ Computer skills: reaching A level or higher;

+ Foreign language proficiency: reaching A level or higher in one of five foreign languages: English, French, Russian, German, Chinese, Lao, or Cambodian (for the Stations located in the border provinces bordering the Lao People's Democratic Republic and the Kingdom of Cambodia);

+ Knowledge of standards, technical regulations, processes,  and operations related to vehicle load testing, handling violations, and procedures for station operation and maintenance; proficiently use the equipment at the station according to the standards prescribed by the state agencies.

- Working experience: At least 02 years of working experience in the transportation industry.

2.4. Standards for technical staff 

- Graduation from a professional secondary school or vocational intermediate or higher in one of the following majors: transport, construction, architecture, mechanics, information technology, telecommunications, electricity, electronics, automation, or law .

- Understanding standards, technical regulations, processes,  and operations related to vehicle load testing, handling violations, operating procedures, and maintenance of the Station; proficiently using the equipment at the station according to the standards prescribed by the state agencies.

- Computer literacy: reaching level B or higher for staff operating the computer system controlling the Station.

2.5. Other staff

Other staff working at the Station have professional qualifications suitable for the job position and job requirements.
