On November 8, 2023, the Prime Minister issued Decision 1305/QD-TTg approving the "National Program on increasing labor productivity until 2030" in Vietnam.

To realize the goal of the National Program on increasing labor productivity by 2030, many tasks and solutions are set.

For example: maintaining macroeconomic stability and promoting economic restructuring associated with innovating growth models based on science, technology, knowledge, innovation, and high-quality human resources will create a stable and sustainable foundation for increasing labor productivity.

- Consolidate and stabilize the macro-economy, control inflation, promote growth, ensure major balances of the economy, and ensure quick recovery and sustainable development. Research solutions to improve the business investment environment and the quality, efficiency, and competitiveness of the economy.

- Promote economic restructuring, innovate growth models, enhance the application of science and technology, promote digital transformation, develop the digital economy, and enhance the competitiveness and resilience of the economy.

- Continue to promote industrialization and modernization based on science, technology, innovation, and the technological achievements of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Develop priority service industries and improve competitiveness and service quality according to international standards and practices.

- Prioritize the development of high-quality human resources to meet the requirements of promoting industrialization and modernization of the country, especially in key fields and key industries, to create a stable and sustainable foundation. Take advantage of technological advances to promote innovation and digital transformation in education and training to improve the quality of human resources.
