Promulgating 29 National Technical Regulations on motor vehicles and safety equipment for children in Vietnam from January 1, 2025

The following 29 National Technical Regulations are issued together with Circular 48/2024/TT-BGTVT:

(1) National Technical Regulation on exhaust emissions of newly manufactured, assembled and imported motorcycles and mopeds, code QCVN 04:2024/BGTVT;

(2) National Technical Regulation on level 3 exhaust emissions for newly manufactured, assembled, and imported two-wheeled motorcycles, code QCVN 77:2024/BGTVT;
