This is noteworthy content stipulated in Circular No. 01/2018/TT-BKHCN regulating the organization and management of the Scheme "Supporting the National Innovative Startup Ecosystem until 2025".

Innovative startup enterprises are supported in paying part of the direct labor costs and using services as stipulated in Point c, Clause 5, Section III, Article 1 of Decision 844/QD-TTg.

Additionally, these enterprises are further supported in terms of expenses for the following contents:

- Providing digital space, online support services; trial production, making sample products, and perfecting technology as stipulated in Point b, Clause 6, Section III, Article 1 of Decision 844/QD-TTg;- Participating in short-term intensive training courses at reputable business accelerator organizations abroad as stipulated in Clause 8, Section III, Article 1 of Decision 844/QD-TTg;- Connecting, introducing partners, and supporting procedures to access foreign markets as stipulated in Clause 9, Section III, Article 1 of Decision 844/QD-TTg.

Circular 01/2018/TT-BKHCN takes effect from June 1, 2018.
