Strengthening Tight Control over Immigration Activities on Border Trails

In order to continue effectively implementing the "dual goals" set forth: both decisively preventing and combating the spread of the disease on a wide scale; and focusing on recovery and socio-economic development; the Prime Minister requests ministries, central authorities, and local authorities to pay attention to Covid-19 prevention and control as follows:

- Focus all resources to zone, suppress, and promptly and thoroughly handle outbreaks, especially in the City of Da Nang, to prevent the disease from spreading;- Local authorities should develop response scenarios for Covid-19 prevention and control; at the same time, maintain security and order, especially ensuring the sufficient provision of essential goods for the people, preventing complex situations in the area;- The Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Finance, and local authorities should closely collaborate to ensure the capacity for the healthcare system, especially in the ready preparation of medical supplies, equipment, testing means, and human resources for Covid-19 prevention and control;- The Ministry of National Defense and the Ministry of Public Security should coordinate to strictly control entry and exit activities through paths and trails on land borderlines; strictly handle cases of illegal entry by foreigners, and dismantle smuggling rings bringing people across borders illegally.- …
