Regulations on the Activities of the National Council for Education and Human Resource Development

On June 15, 2017, the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam approved Decision 853/QD-TTg promulgating the Operational Regulations of the National Council for Education and Human Resources Development (referred to as the Council) for the 2016 - 2021 term.

According to the Regulation:

- The Council holds plenary meetings every 6 months, thematic meetings every 3 months, and can organize ad hoc meetings if necessary.- The Council organizes meetings in the following forms:- Physical meetings, online meetings, and thematic meetings with specialized subcommittees;- Gathering opinions from Council members in writing or via electronic communication media.- The Council has specialized subcommittees such as: Early Childhood Education Subcommittee, General Education Subcommittee, Higher Education Subcommittee, Vocational Education Subcommittee, Human Resource Development Subcommittee, Lifelong Education and Learning Subcommittee.- Council members work on part-time policies, performing tasks and being accountable to the Chairman of the Council for the assigned duties.
