Gift value of VND 200,000 presented to:

- People who contributed to the revolution. For instance:- War invalids, sick soldiers with a labor capacity reduction of ≤ 80% receiving monthly preferential allowance;- Individuals who participated in resistance activities and were imprisoned or exiled by the enemy and are receiving monthly preferential allowance;...- Representatives of martyrs' relatives;- Persons worshiping martyrs (in cases where martyrs have no relatives).
