Regulations on Assessment of Exam Results for Customs Brokerage Certification from December 13, 2019

The General Department of Customs has just issued Decision 3605/QD-TCHQ on the promulgation of the Regulations on organizing the examination for issuing Customs Brokerage Certificates.

A passing exam score is a score of 50 or higher on a scale of 100.

Within 30 days from the date of the end of the exam, the General Department of Customs will publicly announce the exam results on the electronic information portal of the General Department of Customs, the Vietnamese Customs School, and the electronic Customs newspaper, and will post them at the headquarters of the provincial or city Customs Departments where the exam applications were received.

If a candidate disagrees with the exam results announced by the Director-General of the General Department of Customs, they may submit a request for re-evaluation of the exam within 15 days from the date of the public announcement. After this period, re-evaluation requests will not be processed.

If a candidate passes 3 required subjects, the Director-General of the General Department of Customs will issue a customs professional certification.

For details, see Decision 3605/QD-TCHQ, effective from December 13, 2019, replacing Decision 2504/QD-TCHQ of August 26, 2015.
