The Ministry of Education and Training has just issued Circular 02/2016/TT-BGDDT regarding amendments and supplements to several provisions of the national high school examination regulations.

Accordingly, provinces/cities under central management will organize exam clusters:

- Exam clusters for candidates taking exams to obtain results for high school graduation (HS) recognition and university (U), college (C) admissions will be organized by universities, in cooperation with the Department of Education and Training (DOET) and other universities, and colleges;

- Exam clusters for candidates taking exams to obtain results for high school graduation recognition will be organized by DOETs, in cooperation with universities and colleges.

The regulation on adding priority points for vocational training for high school students, continuing education program learners in conduct grading, and continuing education program learners concurrently studying an intermediate program integrated with a cultural program according to the high school continuing education program is as follows:

- Excellent: add 2.0 points;

- Good: add 1.5 points;

- Average: add 1.0 point.

Circular 02/2016/TT-BGDDT is effective from April 25, 2016.
