Here is the directive from the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam in Directive 26/CT-TTg on continuing the implementation of Resolution 35/NQ-CP in the spirit of the Government of Vietnam accompanying businesses.
To continue to promote, enhance the effectiveness, and address certain limitations after one year of implementing Resolution 35, the Prime Minister requires ministries, sectors, and agencies to effectively execute several solutions and tasks. Notable actions include:
- The Ministry of Finance directing tax authorities to publicly disclose the ranking list of the 1,000 largest corporate income tax-paying enterprises in Vietnam on the electronic information portal;- The Ministry of Planning and Investment to finalize the draft Law on Support for Small and Medium Enterprises and the guiding Decrees in Quarter II/2017;- The Ministry of Transport to direct the implementation of a roadmap for interconnected electronic toll collection using Vietnamese technology at all toll stations;- In Quarter III/2017, provinces and cities must promptly establish hotlines and online Q&A to support enterprises.
Directive 26/CT-TTg comes into effect from June 6, 2017.
