The Ministry of Home Affairs promulgates Circular 06/2017/TT-BNV stipulating the codes of job titles for pre-university teachers as follows:

- Senior Pre-University Teacher, Grade I - Code: V.07.07.17- Pre-University Teacher, Grade II - Code: V.07.07.18- Pre-University Teacher, Grade III - Code: V.07.07.19

The code for the pre-university teaching profession title serves as the basis for the Minister of Education and Training to stipulate standards for the pre-university teaching profession title.

Circular 06/2017/TT-BNV officially takes effect from November 15, 2017.
