To be specific:, allow the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee (HCMC PC) to apply a pilot mechanism and special process to shorten the time for implementing compensation, support, resettlement, and handover of land for projects involving land acquisition in Ho Chi Minh City under the following contents:
- The HCMC PC shall issue the land price adjustment coefficient at the beginning of each year to formulate the compensation, support, and resettlement plan for the opinions of the people whose land is acquired; this land price adjustment coefficient is only meaningful for formulating the compensation, support, and resettlement plan to gather opinions from the people whose land is acquired, and is not the specific land price of the type of land acquired at the time of the land acquisition decision;- The HCMC PC shall decide on the specific land price of the type of land acquired at the time the State decides on land acquisition in accordance with Clause 2, Article 74 of the 2013 Land Law.
