The price framework for domestic container handling services in localities in Zone I is stipulated as follows (unit: VND/container):

- For a 20-foot loaded container, if handling from ship to yard and vice versa, the price ranges from 260,000 VND to 427,000 VND; in the case of handling an empty container, the price ranges from 152,000 VND to 218,000 VND;- For a 40-foot loaded container, if handling from ship to yard and vice versa, the price ranges from 439,000 VND to 627,000 VND; in the case of handling an empty container, the price ranges from 231,000 VND to 331,000 VND;- For a container over 40 feet, if handling from ship to yard and vice versa, the price ranges from 658,000 VND to 940,000 VND; in the case of handling an empty container, the price ranges from 348,000 VND to 498,000 VND.

Zone I includes seaports located from the 20th parallel northwards, including the seaports in Quang Ninh, Hai Phong, Thai Binh, and Nam Dinh.
