On December 28, 2017, the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET) issued Circular 35/2017/TT-BGDDT stipulating the management, operation, and use of the information system for managing universal education and literacy eradication.
Accordingly:
- The commune level is responsible for entering the collected data from the Investigation Information Forms into the Management Information System and fully reporting the commune's data to the district level through the Management Information System;- The district level is responsible for aggregating and verifying the data entered by the commune level on the Management Information System and fully reporting the district's data to the provincial level through the Management Information System;- The provincial level is allowed to aggregate and verify the data reported by the district level on the Management Information System and complete the full data on educational universalization and illiteracy eradication of the province;- Before October 10 each year, the province must complete and send the educational universalization and illiteracy eradication statistical report to the Ministry of Education and Training through the Management Information System.
Circular 35/2017/TT-BGDDT officially applies from February 13, 2018.
