To be specific:

- Table 1: Aggregate indicators for medical examination and treatment under health insurance (BHYT);- Table 2: Detailed indicators for reimbursement of medications under BHYT;- Table 3: Detailed indicators for reimbursement of technical services and materials under BHYT;- Table 4: Indicators for the results of ancillary services;- Table 5: Indicators for monitoring clinical developments;- Table 6: List of groups by cost;- Table 7: List of department codes;- Table 8: List of injury codes.

The medical examination and treatment facilities are responsible for:

- Sending electronic data to the Medical Data Portal of the Ministry of Health and the Data Reception Portal of the Health Insurance Information System of the Social Insurance Agency according to the information in Table 1, Table 2, and Table 3;- Transferring electronic data according to the schedule of the Ministry of Health for Table 4 and Table 5.

Decision 2286/QD-BYT is effective from the date of signing.
