Recently, the Minister of Public Security issued Circular 28/2020/TT-BCA stipulating the order and procedures for receiving, classifying, handling, and resolving crime reports and recommendations for prosecution by the People's Public Security forces.

When collecting information, documents, and objects from agencies, organizations, or individuals related to the inspection and verification of crime sources as stipulated in Clause 3, Article 147 CPC, specifically carried out as follows:

- Summon and take testimonies of related participants in proceedings to inspect and verify denunciations, reports on crimes, and recommendations for prosecution;- Conduct confrontation, identification, voice recognition, and other activities within the investigative authority of the investigating body as assigned by the Head of the investigating body. The agency assigned with conducting certain investigative activities of the People's Public Security Forces shall carry out tasks within its authority as assigned by the Head of the agency assigned with conducting certain investigative activities.
