From October 01, Awarding the Labor Medal to Farmers and Workers

"First-class Labor Medal" is considered for awarding or posthumously awarding to workers, farmers, and laborers if they meet one of the following criteria:

- Meet one of the standards as for awarding or posthumously awarding to individuals specified in Clause 1, Article 22 of Decree 91;- For workers:- Have 4 inventions bringing high-value benefits recognized by the Central level, and;- Have contributions in training, assisting colleagues in improving their skills and professional qualifications.- For farmers:- Have an invention applied effectively at the Central level bringing high-value benefits, or;- Have an effective and stable production model for 5 years or more, helping many households out of poverty and creating many jobs for many laborers, recognized by the ministry or provincial level.

Decree 91/2017/ND-CP is effective from October 1, 2017.
