Recently, the Ministry of Health issued Circular 37/2019/TT-BYT stipulating policies on statistical reporting in the health sector.

Circular 37 has established the deadlines for submitting health sector statistical reports as follows:

- For the commune level: 5 working days from the end date of the statistical period specified in Article 2 of Circular 37/2019/TT-BYT;- For the district level: 15 working days from the end date of the statistical period specified in Article 2 of Circular 37;- For the provincial level: 25 working days from the end date of the statistical period specified in Article 2 of Circular 37;- For the central level: before March 31 annually.

Reports are calculated in the Gregorian calendar, including: monthly report period; quarterly report period; semi-annual report period; 9-month report period; annual report and ad-hoc statistical reports.

Note: The statistical indicators system prescribed in Circular 20/2019/TT-BYT will be applied from the date Circular 37 takes effect.
