Do not continue to develop 02 programs to support small and medium enterprises

On March 22, 2022, the Government issued Resolution 43/NQ-CP on not continuing to develop 02 programs to support small and medium enterprises in the 2021-2025 period.

Accordingly, the Government decided to approve the Ministry of Planning and Investment's recommendation not to continue developing the 02 programs in Resolution 99/NQ-CP dated August 30, 2021 of the Government promulgating the Action Plan of the Government. The Government for the term 2021 - 2026 will implement the National Assembly's Resolution on the Socio-Economic Development Plan, including:

(1) Program to support small and medium enterprises in the period of 2021 - 2025.

(2) Program to strengthen competitiveness for women-owned small and medium-sized enterprises in the period of 2021 - 2025.

(The program to support small and medium-sized enterprises for the period of 2021 - 2025 mentioned above has been specified in Decree 80/2021/ND-CP dated August 26, 2021 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of the program. implementing a number of articles of the Law on Supporting Small and Medium Enterprises. Therefore, do not continue to develop 2 programs to avoid duplication.)

Resolution 43/NQ-CP takes effect from March 22, 2022.
