Regarding the faculty:

- The team of full-time, visiting lecturers and reporters participating in teaching meets the standards of the training program according to CDNNVC standards;- At least 70% of full-time lecturers participate in teaching a training program.

Circular 13/2017/TT-BGDDT takes effect from July 8, 2017.
