- PC: power purchase agreement price;- CCK: average annual cost in the pricing cycle;- LN: regulated profit margin;- Abq: average electricity output in the 5 years preceding the price negotiation time.

Circular 26/2017/TT-BCT takes effect from January 18, 2018, replacing Circular 46/2011/TT-BCT.
