By 2030: To ensure that over 60% of collective economic organizations achieve excellent and good grades in Vietnam

The Government of Vietnam issued Resolution 09/NQ-CP dated February 2, 2023 on the Action Program to implement on continuing to innovate, develop and improve collective economic efficiency in the new period.

The Government of Vietnam issued Vietnam's Resolution 09/NQ-CP dated February 2, 2023, on the Action Program to implement Resolution 20-NQ/TW on continuing to innovate, develop, and improve collective economic efficiency in the new period.

Specifically, the goals set out in 2030 for the collective economic organization in Vietnam are as follows:

- There are about 140,000 cooperative groups, with 2 million members;

45,000 cooperatives with 8 million members;

340 cooperative unions with 1,700 member cooperatives.

- Ensuring that more than 60% of collective economic organizations receive favorable ratings.

In which, at least 50% participate in value chain linkages.

- There are over 5,000 cooperatives that use high technology to produce and consume agricultural products.

Developing value chains of agricultural products and commodities associated with production linkages, provision of processing services, and consumption of agricultural products;

Promote participation in supply chains to bring agricultural products directly to foreign countries.
