- An assessment and evaluation from the head of the official-use authority per the standards and conditions stipulated in Clause 3, Article 29 of Decree 24/2010/ND-CP;

- Copies of diplomas and certificates authenticated by the official as required by the registration rank for the examination;

- A health certificate issued within 30 days, counted from the date of dossier submission for rank promotion;

- Other requirements according to the professional standards of the rank for which the official is taking the examination, confirmed by the competent authority.
