Vietnam Social Security has just issued Plan 1910/KH-BHXH on supporting the purchase and gifting of health insurance cards to disadvantaged individuals and assisting poor patients in 2019.

will support the purchase of health insurance cards for individuals with difficult circumstances who are unable to participate in health insurance, including:

- Individuals from near-poor households;- Individuals from households engaged in agriculture, forestry, fishery, and salt production with an average living standard;- Individuals participating in household health insurance;- Students.
