Vietnam: To announce amended administrative procedures in the aviation sector

Recently, the Ministry of Transport of Vietnam issued Decision 274a/QD-BGTVT on the announcement of administrative procedures to be added and amended in the aviation sector under the management function of the Ministry of Transport of Vietnam.

Issued together with this Decision are 04 additional central administrative procedures and 21 amended central administrative procedures under the management function of the Ministry of Transport of Vietnam. Specifically, additional central administrative procedures include:

Procedures for converting domestic airports into international airports;
Procedures for approving and approving adjustments to investment plans for the development, renovation, and expansion of existing airports and aerodromes;
Procedures for approving the drawing of the total ground within the boundaries of the assigned investment project;
Procedures for approving amendments and supplements to work exploitation documents.
