Regulations of law on database of occupational safety inspection

Pursuant to Article 10 of the Circular No. 10/2021/ND-CP, where:

- Online software access address used to manage the testing database (hereinafter referred to as the software):

- Database of occupational safety inspection includes:

+ The information about the organizations issued with the certificate of eligibility to inspect occupational safety, including: the names, addresses, codes the organizations' certification registration numbers; the list of machinery and equipment with strict requirements for occupational safety used in construction (hereafter referred to as machinery and equipment) that are under the inspection scope; the date of issue, the expiry date of the certificate; the violations (if any);

+ Information of individuals issued with Certificate of inspector including: full name and number of inspector; list of machines and equipment within the scope of inspection; date of issue and expiry date of Certificate of inspector; mistakes of violation (if any);

+ The information about the machinery and equipment that have undergone inspection of occupational safety updated to the software as prescribed in Clause 3 this Article.

- The organizations and individuals that carry out the technical inspection of occupational safety shall:

+ Use software to update information about inspected machinery and equipment, including: name, code, manufacturing number, manufacturing year; name of the organization or individual requesting the inspection; name of the organization or individual conducting the inspection; time, form, result of the inspection; the next inspection period;

+ Make reports by software on the inspection of machines and equipment under the management of the Ministry of Construction.
