Implementation of occupational safety and occupational disease policies for individuals currently receiving occupational accident and occupational disease benefits in Vietnam, and for those who completed their treatment and were discharged before July 1, 2016:

- Conditions, benefit levels, documentation, and procedures for the occupational safety, occupational disease policies shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the Social Insurance Law 2014 and related guiding documents issued before July 1, 2016;

- Payment for medical examination costs to assess the level of work capacity reduction due to occupational safety, occupational disease in the case stipulated at point b, Clause 1, Article 45 of the Social Insurance Law 2014 shall be covered if the Medical Assessment Council's conclusion from January 1, 2016 to before July 1, 2016 determines that the work capacity reduction level is eligible for benefits.
