According to this Official Dispatch, the Chairman of the People's Committee of the city continues to direct, requiring all agencies, organizations, and the entire population of Da Nang to continue implementing Directive 16/CT-TTg of the Prime Minister from 12:00 AM on August 12, 2020, until further notice (Hoa Vang district will implement from 1:00 PM on August 11, 2020). This is the second decision to apply social distancing measures in Da Nang within the past 15 days (the previous time started from 12:00 AM on July 28).
The continued implementation of comprehensive social distancing measures according to Directive 16 in the upcoming period needs to be more resolute and effective, especially strictly implementing measures such as family isolating from family; neighborhood isolating from neighborhood; village isolating from village; ward isolating from ward; commune isolating from commune; district isolating from district. It requires all residents to stay at home, not go outside; only go out in truly necessary cases such as buying food, medicine, emergency, working at factories, production facilities, service businesses, essential goods not being closed, halted operations, and other emergency cases.
