In addition, the postal services provided at communal Cultural Post Offices must meet the corresponding national technical standards for each type of service.

Regarding benefits, the Vietnam Post Corporation is entitled to State support policies for public utility postal services provided at communal Cultural Post Offices.

In addition to the postal services mentioned above, the Vietnam Post Corporation can still implement other services at communal Cultural Post Offices, provided that the following requirements are met:

- The implementation of other services does not affect the quality of public utility postal services and the activities of reading books and newspapers;- Conforms to the general development orientation of the Vietnam Post Corporation.
