- The delegation must be made in writing, only applied to each specific case, and for a certain period.- When delegating authority, the authorization document, full name, position, phone number, and email address of the authorized person must be posted on the electronic portal and the website of the agency or unit within 12 hours from the time of signing the authorization document.- The authorized spokesperson is not allowed to re-delegate the authority to another person.
