What preferential policies do ethnic boarding schools enjoy?

This is a notable content regulated in Circular 01/2016/TT-BGDDT issued by the Ministry of Education and Training on January 15, 2016.

According to Circular 01, ethnic minority boarding schools are entitled to the following preferential policies:

- Ethnic minority boarding schools (PTDTNT) are given priority investment in infrastructure, equipment, arrangement of teachers, staff, and budget to ensure the implementation of the program, educational content, and specific educational content, teaching, caring, nurturing, and educating students.- Management staff, teachers, employees, and students of PTDTNT schools are entitled to preferential policies as prescribed by the State.- The provincial People's Committee sets additional local preferential policies for PTDTNT schools (if any). The district People's Committee regulates support regarding investment in infrastructure, equipment, funding for teachers, students, and educational activities of the school (if any).
