What are the Requirements for Staff at Commune Post and Cultural Points?

This is a noteworthy content mentioned in Circular 17/2013/TT-BTTTT issued by the Minister of Information and Communications, providing regulations on the operation of commune Cultural Post Office points.

Currently, the operation of the Communal Post Office - Cultural Point includes: providing universal postal services, other business services, and organizing reading activities for books, newspapers, and publications (hereinafter referred to as books and newspapers) at the Communal Post Office - Cultural Point; receiving and implementing programs and projects serving the development of information and communication in rural areas and other State programs and projects related to rural areas.

Staff working at the Communal Post Office - Cultural Point must meet the basic conditions listed in Article 4 of Circular 17/2013/TT-BTTTT as follows:

- Have a high school diploma or higher; for mountainous, remote, border, and island areas, at least have a secondary school diploma;- Have basic training in postal services and organizing reading activities for books and newspapers;- Adhere to the agreed commitments with the enterprise tasked with managing the Communal Post Office - Cultural Point system.

In addition, staff working at the Communal Post Office - Cultural Point shall receive remuneration for providing services, serving reading activities for books and newspapers, and maintaining assets in accordance with agreements with the enterprise tasked with managing the Communal Post Office - Cultural Point system and other remuneration policies (if any).
