Training Standards for Public Employees in the Vocational Education Sector

Training standards for professional titles of public employees specialized in vocational education (Illustrative image)

To be specific: Circular 32/2019/TT-BLDTBXH regulates the organization of training programs according to the standards for professional titles for vocational education lecturers as follows:

Training Program and Form:

- Training program: Implemented according to the program for public employees' professional titles specialized in vocational education issued by the Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs.- Based on actual conditions and the needs of learners, training institutions, and research institutions can proactively choose one of the following training forms: Concentrated, Semi-concentrated, Distance learning.

Assignment of Training Organization:

- Academies, research institutes, and universities that meet the standards of training and research institutions as per regulations are authorized to organize training programs according to the standards for vocational education senior lecturers (rank I); principal vocational education lecturers (rank II); vocational education teachers rank I; vocational education teachers rank II.- Colleges that meet the standards of training and research institutions as regulated are authorized to organize training programs according to the standards for principal vocational education lecturers (rank II); vocational education teachers rank II; theoretical vocational education lecturers (rank III); practical vocational education lecturers (rank III); theoretical vocational education teachers rank III; practical vocational education teachers rank III; vocational education teachers rank IV.- Secondary schools that meet the standards of training and research institutions as regulated are authorized to organize training programs according to the standards for vocational education teachers rank IV.
